Beginning early December 2020, Apple is now requiring every App in the App Store fills our Privacy Policy Compliance questionnaires. This document will walk you through how to log in and complete the questionnaire for EACH of the apps in your Account.

Log in to iTunes Connect
A user with either Account Holder or Admin permissions needs to log in to the iTunes Connect account: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com
Navigate to App to complete Compliance questionnaire (Note: ALL apps are required to have this completed before any updates will be accepted/reviewed).
In left side panel of App, under General select 'App Privacy', select 'Get Started'.
We'll now begin the Compliance questionnaire. Follow along in the screenshots below, and select ONLY the boxes/data collection items we have declared.
Data Collection
Data Collection: Yes, we collect data from this app. If you have completed the Compliance Questionnaire already, please click 'Edit' next to the 'Data Types' currently selected and follow the list below for new or updated options. There should be 7 data types selected before you move on.
The next screen is a long, scrolling list of all the Data Collection items we could be collecting within the app. The Items you must select are:
- Contact Info: NONE
- Health and Fitness: NONE
- Financial Information: NONE
- Location: Precise Location
- Sensitive Information: NONE
- Contacts: NONE
- User Content: NONE
- Browsing History: NONE
- Search History: NONE
- Identifiers: Device ID
- Purchases: NONE
- Usage Data: Product Interaction, Advertising Data
- Diagnostics: Crash Data, Performance Data, Other Diagnostic Data

Data Types
Now we will confirm the use of each of the Data Types we selected above.
You will click into each Data Type and make the follow selections outlined in the steps below. Follow along with each screenshot to ensure you make the correct election for each Data Type.
Precise Location
Select 'Third Party Advertising', 'Analytics', 'Product Personalization' and 'App Functionality' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, precise location data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
There will be a 'confirmation' page next, and you'll select No, we do not use precise location for tracking purposes'. Click 'Save'.
Device ID
Select 'Third Party Advertising' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, device ID data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select Yes, we do use device ID data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Product Interaction
Select 'Third-Party Advertising' and 'Analytics' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, product interaction data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select No, we do not use product interaction data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Advertising Data
Select 'Third-Party Advertising' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, advertising data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select Yes, we do use advertising data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Diagnostic - Crash Data
Select 'Other Purposes' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, crash data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select No, we do not use crash data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Diagnostic - Performance Data
Select 'App Functionality' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, performance data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select No, we do not use performance data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Diagnostic - Other Diagnostic Data
Select 'Analytics' for this data type.
Next, please select: No, other diagnostic data collected from this app is not linked to the user’s identity.
Finally, select No, we do not use other diagnostic data for tracking purposes. Click 'Save'.
Publish
Once all 6 Data Types have been completed, scroll back to the top of the App Privacy page and click the blue 'Publish' button in top right corner. You'll get a second window asking to confirm your Publishing of the above Privacy declarations.
