On iPhone
Tap the settings gear on the front page > click "Leave Feedback." We then package up an email with almost everything we need to know about your app and the device it is running on. Please enter the issue you are having in the email and we will get back to you.

On Android
Open up your app and hit the settings cog in the top right corner. Scroll down to the About section and find App Version. Click on it 10 times. A bubble will tell you that you are close to enabling debug mode. You should now see 2 more options in the list. Click on Feedback and send the created email to mobile-support@navigaglobal.com
